DGTL Creative Solutions is not responsible or liable for the content, behavior, or decisions of any user. We do not monitor, review, or moderate the files processed through Mark My Pics. Mark My Pics performs all image processing locally inside your browser using your device's resources. Your files never leave your device, are never uploaded to our servers, and are never transmitted to any third party as part of the core watermarking functionality.

This client-side architecture is the foundation of Mark My Pics's privacy model and is what allows us to offer the Service without requiring an account or collecting your content.

We do not store, retain, cache, log, or back up the files you process. Once you close or reload the page, all working data is cleared from memory. We have no ability to recover any image you have processed using Mark My Pics.

The core functionality of Mark My Pics does not require an account, email address, name, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not directly collect personal data through the watermarking tool itself. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Service may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (including, for example, Google AdSense or similar partners).
