By accessing or using Mark My Pics (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and by our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclosure. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Mark My Pics is a browser-based utility provided by DGTL Creative Solutions that allows users to add watermarks to images and perform related image-editing operations. All processing occurs locally within the user's web browser.

You agree that you will:

• Only process content you own or have explicit permission to use;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
• Use the Service in a manner that does not harm DGTL Creative Solutions or others;
• Take full responsibility for the content you create using the Service.

You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or process content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
• Infringes on the intellectual-property rights of any third party;
• Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group;
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any person.

You are solely responsible for any content you process through Mark My Pics, and you agree to indemnify DGTL Creative Solutions against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

All file processing performed by Mark My Pics occurs entirely within your browser. We do not upload, store, retain, or have access to the files you process. You acknowledge and accept that we therefore cannot recover, restore, or retrieve any file you have used with the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DGTL Creative Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or content.

The Mark My Pics name, brand, logo, source code, design, and all associated materials are the exclusive property of DGTL Creative Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You retain full ownership of any images, watermarks, or other content you process through the Service. We claim no rights over your content.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or engages in unlawful behavior — at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DGTL Creative Solutions is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
